Tandin Dendup
Founder/CEO
Tandin looks after the overall management of the Company with the primary focus on building in-house technical capacity for Bhutanese IT engineers to take up software engineering and IT projects from the global market and as well as to cater to the domestic market. He takes care of the business networking and relations whereby he constantly aims to create a profound platform for any IT enthusiast to become a part of the team and contribute meaningfully to today’s tech world. Tandin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from India and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Texas in the US. He worked with the Druk Green Power Corporation for 12 years before he ventured into entrepreneurship. Tandin is currently the Chief Executive Officer for VisionTech Trading, a company that focuses on bringing state of the art technologies and equipment in the Bhutanese market with the aim to leverage the quality of infrastructure and lifestyle in the country. He is also the founder of Go-Druk and sits as the Board Director for Dungkar Company Pvt Ltd.
Tom Conchie
Founder/CTO
Tom leads the software development business strategy as well as the international client ralations that underpin T3 Cloud's operations. He designs the curriculum and facilitates instruction to drive forward the skills of Bhutanese software engineer trainees. He also manages software engineers and helps them to continue developing their skills and knowledge throughout the course of their employment. Tom is a US business owner operating in the software development market. His current company, Tom Con LLC provides engineering services beyond the US market to a broad array of clients operating within various economic sectors and geographies. Tom has an extensive background in software engineering. He started building and designing websites from age 11, and software & technology have remained a constant in his life. His most notable contributions include previous roles as US Lead for Supply Chain & Logistics Infrastructure at Hello Fresh (the world's #1 meal kit), and Principal Architect at Delivery Native (food delivery logistics network startup).
Sangay Dema
UI/UX Designer
As a lifelong dreamer of design, whether fashion or digital, Sangay has always been drawn to the creative process. Her degree in design was a bold step, but one she has never regretted. In her current role as a UI/UX designer, she's not only using her skills to create beautiful and functional interfaces but also constantly expanding her knowledge. Sherab Namgay
Software Engineer
After getting his diploma in surveying, Sherab gained valuable experience working on a private construction project in Pemagatshel. This role deepened his understanding of precision, planning, and teamwork, skills that have proven essential throughout his career. Seeking to expand his horizons, Sherab transitioned into the tech field by completing T3 Cloud's Advanced Software Engineering bootcamp. This intensive program equipped him with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in software development. Sherab was hired as a software developer at T3, where he has been able to apply his analytical mindset to create impactful and scalable solutions. Drawing from both construction and technology, Sherab takes pride in his ability to adapt and thrive in diverse industries. He is driven by a passion for continuous learning and problem-solving, and looks for innovative ways to bridge practical needs with creative solutions that make a real difference.

Chakar Pema Nyingpo
UI/UX Designer
After completing app development training under the De-Suung Skilling Program, Chakar has taken a significant step forward by working on a smart parking app. Chakar, who currently works as a UI/UX designer for T3 Cloud, has introduced a new perspective to the organization. His passion for design and user-centered approach have enabled him to create intuitive and seamless user interfaces that enhance the overall experience of our software. He is dedicated to making a difference in his workplace by continuously improving designs and introducing new ideas. Sonam Tobgay
Software Engineer
Sonam Tobgay is a passionate Software Engineer at T3 Cloud with over 2.5 years of professional development experience. Despite being a college dropout, his tech journey demonstrates remarkable resilience and self-discipline. He began with an IBM-certified Data Analytics course at DSP. After completing the course, he met his mentor Kelden Dradul Dorji who taught him real-world tech workflows, productive time management , automation and practical problem-solving approaches that are essential in professional development environments. Through self-directed learning on DataCamp, FreeCodeCamp, and Pluralsight, Sonam gained depth knowledge Python, JavaScript, SQL, and shell scripting. He contributed to innovative projects including machine learning programs with GovTech and the Smart Parking App. Previously a Junior Programmer at DrukSmart for 2.5 years, he delivered enterprise Odoo ERP solutions and Vue.js/Django applications. Currently focused on full-stack development with Elixir and Next.js, Sonam holds SAP Ariba certification and aims to expand into DevOps and cybersecurity.

Dema currently works as a Software Engineer at T3 Cloud, where she contributes to building, maintaining, and improving modern web applications. She applies her combined background in physics and technology to solve complex problems, develop scalable software solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Her role involves enhancing application performance, writing efficient and reliable code, and supporting clients through innovative digital services.
Bikram Sharma
Software Engineer
Bikram Sharma is a full-stack software engineer specialising in building responsive, scalable, and user-focused applications. Proficient in React, Next.js, Node.js, Express, Python, Elixir, Phoenix, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB, he emphasises performance, maintainability, and clean code in every solution he delivers. He is experienced in developing effective, end-to-end systems that strike a balance between technical depth and practical implementation. Bringing an unconventional perspective shaped by over four years as a Land Surveyor on large-scale infrastructure projects, Bikram developed precision, analytical thinking, and systematic problem-solving skills that now guide his methodical approach to software development.
