How We Work
We want to help the Bhutanese Software Engineering and IT industries reach new heights. To do that, we know the answer is investing in education and careers for those people who have the motivation and drive to succeed.
Our Core
At our core, T3 Cloud is a Software Engineering company. This means we design, code, and deploy software solutions. The majority of our work is for clients in the global marketplace. These clients expect high quality solutions for their specific business needs.
In order to achieve the desired quality for our clients, we ensure our team members are given whatever training and experience they need to become best-in-class contributors. This can take the shape of our free training programs as well as on-the-job experience.
Additionally, we want to make sure our team members are doing what they want to be doing. Career success and satisfaction are amongst our top priorities. In order to achieve this, we make career progress flexible. If someone joins our team and they don't love what they're doing, we find a way for them to contribute that satisfies their passions.
At the end of the day, we care most about our team and their continued growth and success. We believe that with a happy team our shared goals will be accomplished easily.
Mutual Benefit
T3 Cloud is able to offer our free trainings and competitive salaries because of strong relationships with our global partners. Our deepest partnership is with Tom Con LLC which operates in the USA.
Worldwide, but especially in the US and Europe, the shortage of competent software engineers means that companies who want technological solutions to business problems are stuck waiting years or paying outrageous prices for their work to be done.
Some companies seeking to solve this problem have invested in the "outsourcing" model which often means paying minor wages to local workers to complete the projects, while all the profit is taken by foreign owners. This type of situation is inherently exploitative and does nothing to uplift the workers actually doing the work. They may get locally competitive salaries, but it is often nothing compared to the value of the work they complete.
T3 Cloud is 100% Bhutanese-owned, meaning 100% of the value of our work is re-invested into the Bhutanese economy. Not only that, but we want to share our profits with our team members as well as the entire Bhutanese workforce. We make our starting salaries competitive at a regional rather than local scale to retain talented team members and a sizeable poriton of our profits goes towards providing our free skills training programs.
